FAQ

Everything you need to know.

No. The two schemes cannot be combined because they target different statuses (salaried vs self-employed). However, the business owner training tax credit (CIFCE) can be combined with either.

Standard processing time is 2 to 4 weeks for OPCO-EP, and about 3 weeks for FIFPL. We recommend submitting your file at least 1 month before your intended start date.

A refusal is rare for Qualiopi courses. If it happens, we support you in revising the application or offer a payment plan so you can still attend.

No. You pay us for the course, and OPCO then reimburses you directly according to the approved funding amount. We do not offer direct (third-party) payment arrangements.

We advise against it: if the application is refused because the course started before approval, you will no longer be eligible for funding for that course.
