FAQ
As a declared and certified training organisation (Qualiopi, formerly Datadock), our courses are qualifying and carry ECTS credits. You will receive a certificate of completion at the end of your course.
These programmes remain distinct from "specialist" titles (which require at least three years full-time) but they structure a path of skills development in a given clinical field (cytology, haematology, biochemistry).
This is not a state diploma, which only the national veterinary schools are authorised to award (internships, school diplomas, advanced clinical study certificates and specialist diplomas).
Absolutely not! The entire course is taken online: all you need is a computer, tablet or smartphone and an internet connection to follow the modules. Whether you live in Tahiti, Quebec, Nosy Be or are setting off on a year-long family road trip around the world, your course goes with you!
Good news! All videos and course materials are available without limit (for a minimum of 3 years and for as long as VETCYT exists). You follow the course at your own pace, a major advantage over in-person training.
Dr Ramery works daily in a university setting and therefore stays fully up to date. She regularly adds new content to her courses (bonus cases, new practical lab room, etc.). We also provide tools for members to exchange and share the cases they encounter in their daily clinical work.
To answer this, we prefer to let them speak for themselves!
"For me it is very clear, simplified for us non-cytologists, well structured with PDF support, always very interesting with concrete clinical cases." — Terezia B.
"Many thanks for this course: you cannot get more precise in so little time. Bravo." — Isidore O.
"Really well done, I learned an enormous amount! This format seems ideal to me. Many thanks for this clarity!" — Marie S.
"Everything is clear, precise and very well explained. Very good organisation with the PDF to take notes alongside." — Estelle T.
"I am delighted to have taken this course, it brings a lot of clarity for practice. The information given is complete and precise." — Alexandra F.
Of course! Each course page gives you a space to submit your questions and comments, which Dr Eve Ramery answers directly. And for any technical question (file follow-up, funding options, getting to grips with the interface…), our team is available by email and phone to support you at any time.
Yes. Because access to training should not depend on financial means alone, VETCYT offers adapted rates for students (including interns and residents) and for veterinarians practising in countries with more constrained economic contexts (see the World Bank map).
